Area Description

Dusty Bowl is one of the larger 17 zones found in Pokémon Sword and Shield’s vast Wild Area. It is surrounded by four other Wild Area zones; to the north is Hammerlocke Hills, to the east is Giant’s Mirror, to the south is Stony Wilderness, and to the west is Giant’s Gap.

Its barren, dry landscape is covered in thick dirt and sand with very little water. Large rocks and boulders scattered throughout jut from the hard surface below. Small stretches of greenery pepper its more fertile land, and two small ponds provide water for its Pokémon inhabitants. Area wise, Dusty Bowl is one of the larger single land masses in all of the Galar region.

Pokémon Trainers will find an abundant number of monsters here, including Flying-types such as Togekiss, Braviary (Pokémon Sword), and Mandibuzz (Pokémon Shield). Other popular Pokémon include Kommo-o, Tyranitar, Sableye, Gyarados, and many more.
