Area Description

North Lake Miloch is one of nine zones found in Pokémon Sword and Shield’s sprawling South Wild Area. It lies in the area’s northeast corner.

As its name implies, Lake Miloch is divided into a northern and southern section. Many Pokémon, such as Gyarados, Lapras, Seaking, are often observed patrolling the water’s surface. For those who enjoy fishing, Red-Striped Form Basculin and Blue-Striped Form Basculin are available in Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield, respectively.

Pokémon Trainers who beat Champion Leon will unlock the Electric-type Dog Pokémon Boltund, who can often be seen wandering around. Be on the lookout for the Psychic- and Fairy-type Feeling Pokémon Ralts, who only rarely shows up as a random encounter in the tall grass during foggy weather.

Six Pokémon Dens are scattered throughout North Lake Miloch, along with two accessible fishing spots and a single Berry tree. Trainers looking to find the Thunderstone need not look any further.
